Gurpreet is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who offers a warm, safe, and supportive space where clients feel seen and heard. She takes a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy, believing that many present-day struggles stem from unresolved past experiences. Her goal is to help clients explore these deeper roots while building tools for healing and growth. Gurpreet specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and works with people of all backgrounds and identities. She has a natural ability to connect with young women who are finding their voice, while remaining open and welcoming to all who seek support. She draws from CBT, EMDR, ACT, and Narrative Therapy, and has a particular passion for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Gurpreet deeply believes in CBT’s ability to help clients shift unhelpful thoughts and develop practical, lasting coping tools. Dawn Sather RSW
Dawn Sather is a Registered Social Worker with 25 years of clinical experience, currently offering online counselling, for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. Dawn’s gentle presence welcomes those seeking to engage in a collaborative and reflective process. Together we explore challenges to bring more ease and vitality. Dawn’s clinical practice is oriented towards assisting individuals by providing a non-judgemental and respectful relational environment to explore past experiences that are too overwhelming when faced alone–experiences that may be painful, confusing, unresolved, and traumatic. Dawn has expertise in Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy: Bringing the Body into Practice (BBP). The BBP approach is informed by trauma and neuroscience research, and attachment, polyvagal, psychodynamic and psychoanalytic theories. Developing a client-centered therapeutic relationship, founded on trust and safety has the capacity to foster change and transformation.
